Once upon a time, there was a family-owned business that had been in the awning industry for over 35 years. The company had withstood the test of time, weathering various economic downturns, and industry changes. They had seen trends come and go, but their commitment to quality and customer service had never wavered.
Fast forward to today. As the company entered its fourth decade, the Schechner family looked for new ways to innovate and expand their product offerings .. keeping with their company mission. After much research and development, they proudly announce the launch of their newest product: the aluminum powder-coated Swing Bed.
This innovative product was the first of its kind on the market, combining durability and comfort with a sleek and modern design. Each frame style was named after a strong female in the family's history, paying homage to the company's rich heritage and legacy.
The "Debbie" frame style, for example, was named after the matriarch of the family, who started the company with her husband back in the 1980s. Debbie was a force to be reckoned with, and her strength and resilience laid the foundation for the company's success.
The "Sophia" frame style was named after the daughter of the current CEO, who had been instrumental in the development of the new Swing Bed. Sophia is the youngest and the 4th generation of the Schechner legacy.
The "Maggie" frame style was named after a grandmother in the family tree. The styling of this swing truly gives tribute to Maggie and her love of fresh mountain air and beautiful landscapes.
With the new Haven and Harmony Swing Bed division as a part of the family-owned business, the Schechner family continues to innovate and stay ahead of the curve. Their commitment to quality, customer service, and honoring their heritage ensured that they would continue to thrive for generations to come.
